What is Cait?

CAIT remote nursing uses technology to easily share health information from a monitoring device used at home to healthcare providers.

CAIT prides itself on being a premier health care service that address all steps in the remote patient monitoring process. At CAIT, we like to call remote patient monitoring (RPM) ‘remote nursing’, as we believe it is a critical service to patients in need just like going to the doctor. CAIT specializes in monitoring patients with chronic conditions such as Congestive heart failure (CHF), Diabetes, Hypertension and Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). CAIT also has the capabilities to monitor activity levels and fall risk through additional devices.

Compared to other remote patient monitoring companies, CAIT removes the additional administrative burden of continuous patient monitoring. Once patient monitoring begins, healthcare providers are responsible for reviewing patient reports and making updates to their care plans. Everything in between falls on CAIT and we strive to make the process seamless for all parties involved.
